At Aware Health, we’re looking for a Junior Company Builder who focuses on automation and execution — someone who identifies inefficiencies, designs scalable processes (e.g. with tools like n8n), and helps the organization move faster from day one.
As a Junior Company Builder, you will work close to the core of the organization, with a strong focus on automation, tooling, and process design. Rather than managing expansion projects, your job is to identify where things are slow, manual, or fragmented — and build systems that make them faster and more scalable.
You will design and implement automated workflows across marketing, product, medical operations, and growth, using tools like n8n, AI services, and no-/low-code platforms. You’ll prototype solutions quickly, connect systems and data sources, and help replace manual work with robust, repeatable processes. Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools (e.g. n8n, Claude, Lovable) is required, combined with a strong motivation to further develop expert-level skills.
Identify manual, slow, or fragmented processes and turn them into automated, scalable workflows
Build and maintain end-to-end automations using n8n, AI services, and no-/low-code tools
Prototype and ship internal tools, workflows, and system integrations
Support growth and marketing by automating funnels, experiments, email flows, data pipelines, and reporting
Build and iterate landing pages or lightweight web tools where speed and automation matter
Work closely with Medical Operations to automate operational processes, data flows, and handovers
Analyse workflows and data to uncover bottlenecks and leverage points
Document systems and processes so they are understandable, repeatable, and improvable
Collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into working systems, not slides
Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, technology, entrepreneurship, or a related field — or highly entrepreneurial regardless of formal background
Strong builder mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic “get things done” approach
Comfortable working with automation and AI tools (e.g. n8n, Claude, Lovable) or highly motivated to become an expert quickly
Curious, resourceful, structured, and proactive
Able to work independently and figure things out fast in a dynamic environment
€20/hour working student rate
