The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who can help shape and drive Aware’s customer experience. You will work at the intersection of health, technology, and customer engagement: translating medical insights into intuitive digital journeys that keep customers engaged for life.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a startup environment — hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable with both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Initially, this role will report into the CEO and will manage one working student.
Your responsibilities
Customer-Centric Product Development
Gather and prioritize user requirements, working closely with management, engineering and medical experts.
Vision into Execution
Translate business strategy into product roadmaps, detailed requirements, and measurable outcomes.
Engagement & Retention Focus
Design features that drive recurring usage and long-term retention — from onboarding to repeat testing cycles.
Agile Delivery
Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
AI-Native Working Leverage generative AI tools effectively — from ideation and research to design assistance, content creation, and analysis.
