Senior Product Designer

Your mission

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for crafting solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.

As a core member of the design team, you will work with other designers and cross-functional team members, and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Your responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with UX researchers, product managers and engineers.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create, improve and execute all interface design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Help expand and maintain the Aware design system.
Work with other designers to implement attractive, user-centric interfaces.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Present and defend your design decisions, which should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles.
Promote a user-centric culture company-wide.

Your profile

5+ years of experience as a product or UX/UI designer.
Experience in working with agile teams and sprint set-ups.
Strong portfolio with relevant work and ability to showcase it and present it.
Your design process follows a human-centric approach and you apply both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions.
Excellent UI skills.
Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
