The Role

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth for Aware  by building and optimizing data-driven campaigns that acquire new customers, improve conversions, and ensure scalable results. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to refine our marketing strategy, ensuring every euro spent delivers measurable impact. This is an opportunity to build performance marketing up in a fast-paced, ambitious startup environment.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, and other high-impact channels.
• Own the end-to-end campaign process—from briefing and launch to optimization and performance reporting.
• Test and iterate: Continuously optimize campaigns and funnel experiences to improve CTR, CPA, and conversions without compromising brand quality.
• Experiment with emerging marketing channels, creative formats, and tactics to discover new growth opportunities.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor campaigns to keep Aware's paid marketing fresh and effective.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to create seamless customer journeys through aligned messaging and optimized landing pages.
• Partner with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives that unite compelling visuals with powerful messaging.

Impact at Aware

In 3 months:

• Launch and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads that deliver measurable user acquisition growth.
• Introduce new creative formats and messaging strategies to drive performance improvements

In 6 months:

• Scale paid social and search channels while achieving efficiency KPIs (CPA, ROAS).

In 12 months:

• Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable acquisition engine that contributes to Aware’s long-term growth goals.
• Cement Aware’s position as the leader in preventive health, driving measurable impact through performance marketing.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven experience scaling performance marketing channels from 0 to 6/7-figure budgets while maintaining efficiency and results.
• Strong understanding of tracking tools and systems (e.g., GTM, GA4, Adjust, or similar).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker).
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative testing methodologies to optimize performance.
• Strong understanding of creative performance: you know what works visually and how to collaborate with design teams to make it happen.
• Experience running campaigns end-to-end: strategy, execution, and optimization.
