Our Creative Designer is the go-to person for all creative needs the marketing team has. Focus of the role is on advertising needs (video & still ads, landing pages incl. A/B testing, eCRM design, owned IG activity, supporting ad hoc marketing needs, lab needs, events etc.).
Execute design and conceptual tasks as assigned with significant attention to detail.
Define and create a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
Educate others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
Collaborate with Content Marketing, and others, to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
Collaborate with Product Designers to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience.
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects.
3+ more years of experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer, Marketing Designer or similar.
Advanced proficiency in design softwares such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Pitch.
Experience creating creatives for paid performance marketing campaigns: Understanding of designing for conversion across digital platforms with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Ability to move fast and execute designs quickly, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Business acumen: Understanding of the metrics behind performance/growth marketing and the ability to quickly grasp how these inform the creative roadmap.
Strong collaboration: Experience working with growth-stage companies and cross-functional teams like performance marketing, product, and content.
Brand and performance balance: Comfort with working within strict brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries to optimize for conversion.
Video Editing skills are a must.

Agency experience: Experience working in or with creative agencies, managing multiple projects and clients.
Experience in health/lifestyle performance marketing or a strong affinity for the lifestyle industry
